Shipping:

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is sent to our fulfillment warehouse, professionally packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed very quickly, so it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes to the order once it has been placed.

Please note that orders placed after 1:00pm Pacific Time on working days will most likely ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays.  

Orders with express shipping selected (3-day, 2-day, or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day indicate the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.  Estimated delivery times are based on business days only.  Weekends and holidays add to the transit time.

Returns:

You may return your purchases within 30 days of your purchase date provided they are in new, unused condition and the products have the original packaging. You must have a Return Authorization #, (RA #), prior to returning an item.  You can obtain an RA # by e-mailing info@chinooksailing.com or calling us directly at 541-374-5005.

Returns are processed upon receipt of the products and you can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please take care when packaging your return and be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Chinook is not responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment or if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
